What are the shipping costs and options?
All orders are sent UPS Ground, and orders are processed approximately three times per week. The result is depending what state you are in, you will receive your order in 3-7 business days.

Damages?
If you receive damaged product, please call customer service 404-256-1399  Do not send damaged goods back.  We will send you a replacement.

Need it faster or on a certain date?
Caterring services and others needing to arrange delivery on certain dates or in specific time frames should place their order normally, then call 404-256-1399 to arrange special delivery. Additional fees will likely be involved unless the date is well into the future.
